Bookings are subject to availability and must be made before the voucher expiry date.

Terms & Conditions

• This voucher is valid for a one-night stay for two people on a Sunday night only (Sunday to Monday) at The Coach & Horses Hotel.

• The package includes overnight accommodation, a £70 food allowance towards dinner for two and a £30 food allowance towards breakfast for two.

• Any food, drinks or additional items purchased above the stated allowances will be charged separately.

• The dinner and breakfast allowances must be used during the stay for which the voucher is redeemed. Any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, transferred to another service, product, voucher or future visit.

• This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed before the expiry date shown.

• All bookings must be made in advance directly with The Coach & Horses Hotel and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

• A unique voucher reference number must be quoted at the time of booking and presented upon arrival.

• A valid payment card may be required to secure the reservation.

• This voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or package.

• This voucher is not valid during major events, special event periods or blackout dates, including but not limited to the Six Nations Championship, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

• Reservations may be restricted during periods of exceptionally high demand at the discretion of management.

• Any room upgrades, additional guests or extras requested are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Guests must comply with the hotel’s standard booking, cancellation, check-in and check-out policies.

• Failure to arrive for a confirmed booking without prior notice may result in the voucher being deemed redeemed.

• Lost, stolen, damaged or deleted vouchers cannot be guaranteed to be replaced.

• Photocopies, screenshots, altered vouchers or reproductions of any kind will not be accepted.

• The Coach & Horses Hotel accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to guests or their property, except where required by law.

• Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where necessary.

• By purchasing or redeeming this voucher, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
